GENERAL MAP LOCAL MAP & ENTRANCES SEATING PLAN SATURDAY 18 JUNE 2016 LIBERTY STADIUM SWANSEA Subject to licence GENERAL INFORMATION We look forward to welcoming you to the Liberty Stadium. We ask for your cooperation and request you abide by the following guidelines designed to assist you. DO’S Do keep your ticket with you at all times. Do be in your seat by the start of the show. Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities. Do bring waterproof clothing. Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you. Do look out for official vendors and concession stalls. Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the venue offering inferior goods. Do tune in to local radio stations for the latest travel updates. DON’TS Do not bring food or drink of any sort into the venue. Do not arrive with any form of audio or visual recording equipment. There will be security checks in place and items may be confiscated if necessary. Do not put up umbrellas during the concert performance. Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle. ACCESS Access to the venue will commence at 5.00pm. Please enter by the gates indicated by signage and stewards. From here follow the signage around the venue to find the area, block, row and seat indicated on your ticket. YOUR SEATS This is an outdoor concert. The seating and standing on the pitch is all flat floor, not raised. Seats within the venue may be covered or uncovered. The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions. Please note that there will not be a left luggage or cloakroom facility at the venue. ON ARRIVAL The concert will commence at approximately 7.45pm. Please allow plenty of time for your journey and for parking and transfer, as well as getting to your seat. REFRESHMENTS A range of food and refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue.There will be access to credit/debit card machines. Cash machines will NOT be available within the venue. NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING EQUIPMENT Please do not bring audio/ visual recording equipment, as these will not be permitted within the venue. FIRST AID First Aid points are situated within the venue and are clearly signposted. Any steward will be pleased to direct you. WARNING: Exposure to loud music can cause injury to your hearing. People around you may stand. Please ensure you read the Promoter’s terms and conditions at: www.marshall-arts.com/promotertermsandconditions GETTING THERE BY CAR A comprehensive signage package will be in place in advance of the concert informing concertgoers of the location of Stadium parking facilities. Vehicle message signs on the M4 will direct concertgoers to the relevant motorway exits. CAR PARKING SITES 1 - LIBERTY STADIUM (see local map) The Stadium can be accessed from junction 45 of the M4, following signs for the A4067 (south) towards Swansea City Centre. Parking on the night will be for pre-booked permit holders only. There will be no public parking available. 2 - LANDORE PARK AND RIDE SITE (see local map) (Opens 1pm, Closes 1 hour after conclusion of the concert) This car park operates as a park and walk facility and is within a five minute walk of the Stadium, there are in excess of 700 spaces available. Concertgoers leaving the M4 at junction 42 or 45 should follow the signs for the Stadium and then signs for the Landore Park and Ride site. A charge of £10.00 per vehicle will apply. Postcode SA1 2JT 3 - CWM LEVEL PLAYING FIELDS (see local map) (Opens 1pm, Closes 1 hour after conclusion of the concert) This is the only car park available on the West side of the Stadium and is accessed via Cwm Level Road. This area can hold approximately 1000 cars. Concertgoers leaving the M4 at junction 45 should follow the A4067 to the second roundabout and take the third exit onto Cwm Level Road. The car park is on the left hand side and a charge of £10 per vehicle will apply. Post Code SA6 8NJ 4 - LAND NEAR MORRISONS / NEXT TO SWANSEA TENNIS CENTRE (see local map) (Opens 1pm, Closes 1 hour after conclusion of the concert) Over 400 spaces. A charge of £10 per vehicle will apply. Postcode SA1 7DF. 5 - PARK AND RIDE FABIAN WAY* (see local map) (Opens 3pm, Closes 1 hour after conclusion of the concert) The Park and ride site off J42 of the M4 with approx. 400 spaces. SA1 8LD. Charges to be confirmed. *To buy your parking tickets in advance and for up to date parking information visit www.enjoyswanseabay.com/lionelrichie GETTING THERE BY BUS Bus services operate from the Quadrant Bus Station in Swansea City Centre, 2 miles from the Stadium. Concertgoers are reminded that the concert will be on a Saturday evening and should check with First Cym ru: 0871 200 2233 or www.traveline.wales for details of the timetable. GETTING THERE BY TRAIN The nearest railway station to the Stadium is Swansea High Street which is approximately 1.5 miles away. Concertgoers are reminded that the concert is on a Saturday evening and they should check Arriva Trains: 0845 6060 6600 or www.nationalrail.co.uk for details of the timetable. ROAD CLOSURES A temporary road closure will be necessary at the end of the concert. Closure of the A4067 dual carriageway opposite the Stadium will take place for at least 20 minutes (although roads will be reopened as soon as possible, subject to safety considerations).
