The paper deals with the problem of how successful communication systems can emerge between agents who do not have innate or explicitly transferable meanings, cannot read the minds of their interlocutors and are not provided with any feedback about the communication process. It focuses on the role of meanings within the framework of language evolution and on communication through the repeated inference of meaning. The Adverbial Phraseological Units with Double Surroundings in the Sakha Language. The article considers how the adverbial phraseological units (PhU) of the Sakha language are combined with the double surroundings. It is noted that the problem of lexical combinability of phraseologisms is connected with the questions of, a boundary of that or other phraseological unit, a volume of the meaning of phraseologism. The article analyzes the phraseologisms that have the model of surroundings N + PhU + V where the subject is represented by the nouns with the meanings of person in nominative case, and the predicative part is represented by the verbs with personal endings. The circle of the combining verbs is limited with the words of definite thematic group. In the article the figurative sense of the prose by B. Pasternak, the semantic diversity of the language in the prose by H. James and in the comedy by W. Shakespeare are discussed. In prose the semantic vagueness and polysemantic ambiguity are interconnected. The sense of the text is explained as a configuration of ties and relationships among various elements in a situation emerging as a result of some activity or communication at the moment when that situation is being created or recreated by a person who adequately understands the text. The process of understanding texts of implied sense is described.
