2013 Full Product Line FALL IN LOVE In over 25 years in this industry, we’ve learned quite a bit about what goes into building a bike you can fall in love with. In the 1980’s, we pioneered titanium as a viable high-performance bicycle material. In the 90’s — a decade of tube-shaping innovation — our bikes were the first choice of professional teams, and many rode re-branded Litespeeds to victory at the most elite level. Well beyond the new millennium, our bikes have become the de facto “secret” training weapon of pro athletes worldwide despite their contractual obligations to race other equipment. This year we’re beyond thrilled to offer an even wider range of bikes we’re truly proud of, titanium and carbon both, a family of bikes that is already garnering rave reviews and is certain to exceed the expectations of anyone who takes ‘em for a spin. REMAIN LOYAL “I recently purchased an L1 bike. I’m a long time Litespeed customer and always rode TI until now. I decided on the L1 because, honestly, I liked the looks of it. I’m a CAT 1 racer and very hard on a bike and also very demanding. This bike is wonderful: stiff, comfy, quick, everything you could ever want. So I just wanted to say thanks for the perfect bike.“ On your left, Eric Miller LITESPEED’S LEGACY OF INNOVATION A Quarter Century of Pushing the Envelope 1986 1991 1993-2000 1999 2002 2004 2007 2008 2009-2012 2013 A machine shop in Tennessee John Tomac wins the World Riders from Telekom, Motorola, A re-branded Litespeed Blade Pro Euro Team Lotto-Adecco, Litespeed pioneers development Litespeed sponsors Geoff Kabush Litespeed introduces radical Litespeed collaborates with Litespeed revamps full titanium turns into what will become one Mountain Bike Championships ONCE, GAN, MBK, Festina, and is used in all three winning time including Tour de France Green of asymmetric road chain stays and Team Litespeed Maxxis and C-Series aero road bikes, three NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab to model line and further refines of the most ground-breaking and on a hybrid carbon/titanium TVM ride Litespeed-built bikes trials at the Tour de France, Jersey winner Robbie McEwen, allowing increased drivetrain helps power past John Tomac’s years before the emerging design and manufacture the the critically acclaimed L-Series respected brands in the bicycle Litespeed-fabricated frame. at the elite level of professional starting a time trial-specific bike rides Litespeed for the season. transfer to wheel. record number of race wins. aero road trend among other rocker-bogie system for the and C-Series carbon road bikes. road cycling. trend that persists to today. manufacturers. Developed by Litespeed to minimize extra material and waste on the insides of bladder-molded tubes, it costs more, reduces weight, increases stiffness, improves durability, and is now considered the industry standard. It’s also mostly hidden on the inside of the tubes — you’ll never see it — which is why many other major manufacturers still don’t use it. + Available as Frameset + 30T carbon fiber + Shimano 105 drivetrain + Shimano 105 crankset + Easton EA30 bar/EA50 stem + Easton Aero wheelset + Fizik Ardea saddle S M ML L XL * Actual bike specs and images may vary.
