We supply water in any form MEMBER OF THE SIWATEC GROUP Mobile pumping station AQUA-D Mobile pumping stations are suitable for pumping and transportation of water to irrigation systems or as booster filling stations at irrigation lines. These aggregates are suitable in operations whereby water must be pumped without electrical energy supply or on mobile irrigation systems. AQUA-D mobile pumping stations are offered with parameters ranging from 5 kW to 170 kW. Q/H parameters are about 18 – 900 m3/h, 3.5 – 17.5 bar. The structure consists of two-wheel underframe with a built-in fuel tank. The underframe is equipped with stabilization supports and a tow bar, which can be dismantled. Block of engine and pump is attached to the frame through silent blocks compensating vibrations caused by operation. Aggregates contain IVECO, DEUTS or LOMBARDINI engines, and CAPRARI or ROVATTI pumps. A mobile pumping station also contains appropriate electronics and safety components. Basic equipment of the mobile pumping station AQUA-D: • • • • • • • 3-6 cylinder Diesel engine with air- or water cooling, including operation liquids centrifugal pump connected with an engine through a flexible coupling two-wheel underframe with a built-in tank control panel, including complete electro-installation. Panel is not part of the package for aggregates with lower capacity (e.g. AQUA-D 20/75) pressure switch to stop operation in case of pressure drop below a defined value – serves as protection during piping breakdown or pump overloading 24-hour timer to set operation time of the aggregate battery.
