Using Robert Louis Stevenson’s ‘Treasure Island’ as our means of engaging with the public, we have created an App of our ‘Treasure Island Trail’ around Harbourside. This is free, for the enjoyment of all, and we hope, will help increase your awareness of the diverse history and culture of this part of Bristol in an inclusive and fun way. The first thousand children completing the Big Green Treasure Hunt will win a fun prize, and all completed Big Green Treasure Hunt entries will be included in a piratey prize draw. Pump House Junction Lock Treasure Island Trail Treasure Hunt Clues At the heart of the competition is the Treasure Island Trail, a series of eight Black Spot locations from A – H, telling the story of ‘Treasure Island’ and how Bristol came to be the home of so many adventures. Using our App you’ll be guided around the Trail and on the Big Green Treasure Hunt around Bristol’s central waterway, from Temple Meads to the Cumberland Basin.
