Strongest Possible Connections
Totalspan portal frame connector plates are
pressed from thick galvanised steel. They are
fixed through pre-punched holes using high
tensile bolts ensuring the strongest possible
connection.

More Usable Internal Space
Totalspan purlins and girts (parts of the frame
where the walls and roof are attached) fix into
the sides of the portal frame. This allows the
frame to sit flush with the cladding, for greater
strength, more usable internal
space and better visual appeal.
It also minimises bird and
rodent nesting.

Slotted Hold Down Brackets
Totalspan hold-down brackets feature slots to make
fixing to the concrete slab and portal leg easier.

Wider Cladding For Quicker Construction
Totalspan roof and wall cladding is roll-formed from quality Australian
BlueScope steel. Our sheeting is wider than the industry standard,
resulting in fewer joints and faster erection times.

Our standard 15-degree roof pitch is not only stronger, it looks great

Weather Tight & No Sharp Edges
All door openings and corners are protected with roll-formed flashings
for a neat, weather tight finish. Double folding ensures safe handling,
with no sharp edges exposed.

The Perfect Finish
Gutters and barges are roll-formed in a unique profile that adds
strength and provides an attractive finish to your roof.
