“Il nuovo Centro è fondamentale per le nostre attività. In giugno 2010 questa zona è
stata scossa da un terremoto di 6.4 gradi della scala Richter. Ed e ra il secondo nella
settimana. Benché la seconda scossa a causa della sua lunghezza e intensitá abbia
spaventato tutti, fortunatamente i nostri bambini e le loro famiglie del quartiere di Monte
Albán non hanno subito lesioni. Grave, invece, la situazione della nostra mensa: il terremoto
ha fatto precipitare dei grandi sassi sulle tubature dell’acqua della cucina e tutt’attorno
all’edificio. Meno male che il tutto è successo di notte, altrimenti ci sarebbe stato in giro
qualche bambino. Hasta luego! Rossana

Juventud in partnership con AVSI.
