Then we had a great drive with thirteen cars that
went by way of mountain roads with great views
out to the Anza Borrego Desert. It was a beautiful
day. We stopped in the city of Anza Borrego at
the Christmas Circle Park in the center of the city,
where we ate our lunch. Then drove out to look at
the flowers and sculptures of prehistoric animals.
There were several new sculptures, one of a serpent that was at least 100 yards long, and spanned
across/under the road. There will be pictures of
these animals in our April Newsletter.
We have a guest speaker for our April meeting,
and our monthly event will be the West Coast Nationals sponsored by Motorsport in the City of
Orange April 26th, 27th, and 28th. The car show is
on the 28th. Read about this in our April Newsletter.
This is your Club. Bring out your car, your friend,
and enjoy the fun.

PRESIDENTS MEMBERSHIP LETTER
You joined the Z Club of San Diego because you have a Z
car that you love (or hate if not running), and to drive your
car in organized drives (or runs), show your car off at car
shows, and to be a part of a great group of people that like
their cars as much as you do.
We are looking forward to another great year of meetings,
speakers, and drives. The ZCSD has become the most active Z Car Club in California, and may be in the Western
States.
It is that time of year where we need to pay our dues. The
reason for the dues is to pay for the expense of running the
club which include the following: 1) Paying for our membership in the National Z Club of America, 2) club insurance
for the events that we organize and run, 3) the printing and
distribution of the Newsletter, 4) part of your cost for the
Holiday Party in December is paid by the Club. The dues remain the same $36 for the year, which is just $3 per month.
This is the best deal in town.
Don’t miss out. Fill out the renewal form and bring it to the
next meeting.
