In this edition of our catalog, you will find exciting program additions, along with new chefs AND…our first-ever Culinary Excursion to Piemonte, Italy! We are proud to welcome new chefs to Ramekins such as Zoe McLaughlin, a Le Corden-Bleu graduate from 18 Reasons, as well as returning favorites and polished professionals like Mat Schuster of Canela Bistro in San Francisco and James-Beard Award-Winning Chef and Author, Alice Medrich, who partners with Guittard Chocolate, for a fabulous class full of chocolaty goodness. We are also thrilled to announce our new 5th Street Farm Sunday Suppers, featuring fresh bounty from our very own gardens along with exclusive wines, all combining for a memorable farm-to-table culinary experience.
