vergangenen Jahre haben wir einen Überblick über die möglicherweise anfallenden Ausgaben während der Rundreise angefertigt. Die Ausgaben werden größtenteils über ein sogenanntes „Teilnehmerkonto“ abgerechnet. Wie in der Vergangenheit werden wir einen Großteil der Ausgaben zentral bezahlen und dann auf die Teilnehmer individuell umlegen. Dies spart bei vielen Abläufen Zeit und ist in Restaurants nicht anders möglich. Es ist nicht möglich, dass ein Teilnehmer auf die Führung eines solchen Teilnehmerkontos verzichtet. Insbesondere Trinkgelder in Hotels, Eintrittsgelder für Parks, Museen und anderen Attraktionen, Mahlzeiten in Restaurants, Transport zum Abflughafen und zurück und zusätzliche Übernachtungskosten werden über dieses Konto abgerechnet. Es werden von jedem Teilnehmer 500,00 USD biszum 12. März 2009 auf ein amerikanische Konto umgebucht. Die während der Reise anfallenden Kosten werden dann zu den jeweiligen Tagen diesem Konto belastet. Das Teilnehmer Konto wird komplett in USD in den USA abgerechnet.
