How we build them:
Each of our spas is crafted to the highest standards
of workmanship. We use only the finest materials and
components available. For our customers, nothing
else will do.
When we design a spa, whether it’s an intimate spa for
2 or a spacious 8-seater, we concentrate on one thing:
giving you the very finest spa experience possible, in as
many different ways as possible.
Every seating arrangement is carefully thought out so each
individual has their own uncrowded space from head to
toe. Jet types and placement are carefully considered to
give each seat its own unique “feel” and range of massage
sensations. We expect people to move around in our spas,
sampling each seat and savoring the different flavors of
massage from neck and shoulders, to back and thighs,
calves, ankles and feet. From deep penetrating back
massage and the foot-pleasing turbulence of a volcanic
geyser jet to the airy flutter of a neck-and-shoulders
waterfall, Sunbelt Spas are dedicated to your total
body pleasure.

spa; you’ll be surprised how much being warm and wet adds to

Sony® 6-Disc CD Changer — Load up 6 hours of your favorite
tunes, put the massage jets on high, lean back and smile. You’ll
come out looking like a prune, but what a gas! (It’s perfect for
party time, too. And do get out of the spa once in a while.
Gee.)
Transducer Speakers / with Subwoofer — Forget conventional
speakers; this is sound you can feel. This remarkable audio
technology uses factory-installed transducer panels to turn the
very walls of your spa into stereo speakers! The sound literally
surrounds you. Equally amazing is the localization; you may be
reclined in your spa listening to music, but people outside the spa
just a few feet away will hear only a pleasant background.
Also available, factory-installed pop-up speakers. They deliver
rich, concert hall stereo, and they can pump out enough
distortion-free volume to turn your whole backyard into a
party zone.

The wave seat beckons:
Sunbelt’s Wave Seat is every back sufferer’s fondest
dream. A wide pattern of cluster jets are arranged in
rows from shoulder to hip. Each row of pulsating jets
fires on and off, rippling up and down your back to
relax the muscles, soothe away stress, and drain away
pain. You’ll feel so good that drifting off to sleep is
a real temptation. Luckily, each Wave Seat includes
an extra-wide neck pillow, upon which to rest your
happy head.

Spa Maintenance Made Easy
Keeping your Sunbelt Spa clean and the water pure and sparkling
is easy and inexpensive. We’ve taken the work out of it with options
and standard features that automate most of the process.
Ozone Bonus #2: Unlike chemicals such as chlorine, ozone
introduces almost no odor or coloration into the water; ozonated
water smells naturally sweet and it’s crystal clear.
Ozone Injector System — Use far fewer chemicals and get cleaner
water. UV light-generated ozone — an especially active form of
oxygen — infused into the spa’s water is virtually 100% effective
in eliminating harmful organisms from your spa. Ozone is literally
thousands of times more effective than chlorine in eradicating these
health hazards.
Ozone Bonus #3: Unlike chemicals, ozone is very gentle to hair,
skin and bathing suits.
Ozone Bonus #4: While ozone-treated water is deadly to little
bitty organisms like germs and bacteria, it’s completely harmless
to great big organisms like you and me!

Front-Access Skim Filter (Standard on all Sunbelt Spas) — During
normal spa use, or whenever your spa is uncovered, little bits of
junk get into the water. Your spa’s skim filter automatically removes
them and keeps your water clean and clear. The only maintenance
required is periodic inspection and replacement of the filter
cartridge. The filter’s front-access design makes this a quick and
easy operation; all you need is a calendar.

Sunbelt features CPI EON®, a revolutionary
wood replacement product, in all our spa
enclosures. EON® combines the natural
beauty of wood with maintenance free,
lifetime enjoyment. EON® is impervious to
water, sun and spa chemical degradation, it
will not fade, splinter or crack, and because
no finishing is required it will always remain
maintenance-free. CPI EON® Textured
Panels are available in Charcoal Gray and
Redwood.
Spa Covers
As we mentioned earlier, an insulated spa cover is an important
part of spa care. It helps keep the water clean and clear, and trims
heater cycles.
Sunbelt Spa Cover Features: High-density EPS Foam, strengthened
with channeled reinforcements, is tapered from 4” to 2” for rapid water
drainage, then covered with 3 mil, heavy duty plastic. The outside
covering is a fire retardant, marine grade vinyl with 100% polyester
backing, and is available in a variety of colors to match your Sunbelt
Spa. A vapor lock at hinged sections and tight-fitting perimeter skirting
prevent heat loss. Covers are chlorine, mildew and -20° cold crack
resistant. Other features include reinforced handles and security locks
with keys.

Lucite® acrylic for the authentic look and
longevity of classic stone. For their love
of marble, granite and fine gemstone, the
ancient Greeks and Romans would have
viewed these spas as fitting appointments
for royalty.
The optional Celestial Granite™, Lustre
Pearlescents™, and Lustre™ Series have
Lucite’s patented Microban® antimicrobial
surface finish to impede bacterial stains
and odors for the life of the spa.
Only hot tubs made from genuine Lucite® acrylic are exclusively available with
Microban® antimicrobial product protection, which inhibits growth of bacteria that causes odor, stains and product
degradation. Unlike sprays and liquids,
Microban® product protection is actually
part of the molecular makeup of the Lucite® surface. It virtually never wears off,
so it helps your spa stay cleaner between
cleanings.

The water in your Sunbelt Spa stays
warmer longer with lower energy
costs thanks to the ingenious HeatVault™ insulation system built into
the enclosure.
Rather than simply filling the interior of the enclosure with foam
insulation, as many spas do, the HeatVault™ insulation system
uses foam insulation on the bottom of the shell, the floor of the
enclosure, and all four interior walls, creating a “dead air” space
completely surrounded by insulation. This is the same principle
as the double-glazed glass in your patio door, and it works for the
very same reason: dead air, surrounded by an insulator, traps heat
more efficiently than solid insulation itself.
The spas pumps are housed inside this insulated dead air space,
which serves two purposes: it protects the pumps from freeze-up
when the outside temperature falls below freezing (the pipes and
plumbing are also insulated!), and incidental heat generated by
the pump equipment adds to the insulating warmth of the interior air space rather than being lost to the outside.
Since the layers of insulation on the interior walls and floor of
the enclosure are much thicker than the insulation on the bottom
of the shell, the trapped heat of the interior air space rises up
through the bottom of the spa shell and contributes to the heat of
the water, effectively replacing the heat rising off the surface.

sub-zero temperatures — the slow-release heat trap created by

currents from a gentle flow — perfect for water jogging

The Family Swim Spa
The emphasis is on a spacious, bubbly play area with continuous step seating around three sides, and a swim area at the end.
This is an excellent spa for teaching youngsters how to swim,
with room for parents and coaches to guide and supervise while
the small fry learn their strokes.
In-Ground Series - Spillover Spas
While any Sunbelt Spa can be plumbed and installed as
in-ground units upon request, we highlight here, special
spas specifically designed as companions to an in-ground
swimming pool. With a Sunbelt Spillover Spa, you add both
aqua therapy massage and a gorgeous waterfall to your pool.
These spas have special pumps and plumbing that allow them
to circulate pool water. These spas are constantly “filling up”
with pool water, which flows back into the pool in a waterfall
through the spillover channel.
Special features include: dual level seating, lumbar support
recessed jets, inground light niche, air turbocharged jet,
and an extra-wide rim for custom placement of flagstone or
decorative decking. Note that these spillover spas are made of
real, stain-resistant cast acrylic, unlike others made of ABS
plastic which stains badly over time. Spillover spas contain
"Real Spa Jets" — Adjustable rotating massage jets. Not
concrete jets.
This is also a great party spa where there’s always “room for
one more!” The continuous step-style bench seating makes it
easy to keep the people circulating, while the 28 therapy jets
and the 4 powerful swim jets keep the water circulating.
And when you’re in the mood for some serious swimming, turn
the therapy jets down and the swim jets up for a “let out your
stroke” swim session that exercises, tones and invigorates.
