Eurocommercial owns 13 retail properties across
France – five of them located in the Île-de-France
(Paris region) – with a total of 470 stores. A continuous
programme of refurbishments and extensions has
helped to keep the centres relevant and attractive
to both national and international retailers.
Italy
Eurocommerical owns 10 retail properties
in Northern Italy with almost 700 stores.
In addition to international and domestic
retailers who already have a presence,
our centres are the first choice for many
international brands looking to enter
or expand in the Italian market.
Sweden
Eurocommercial owns 10 retail properties with over
280 stores across southern Sweden. Awarded “Best
Retail Landlord” in Sweden by the Swedish National
Council of Shopping Centres in 2013, Eurocommercial
was commended for the quality of its portfolio and for
the ability of their leasing and management teams to
understand and respond to retailer requirements.
