We just inaugurated our 5th Family Village® in Nîmes, boasting a 100% take-up rate. The site is built over nearly 325,000 ft² (30,000 m²). Customers are already enthusiastic about the shopping center. • In addition, the marketing of the flagship regional shopping center project on highway A86 in Villeneuve-la-Garenne (92) is coming to an end, with over 95% of the space already leased. Located 2.5 miles (4 km) from the French capital, the project will span a net floor area of 925,000 ft² (86,000 m²) and feature an extensive retail offering of 170 brands, including a 230,000-ft² (22,000m²) Carrefour, Marks & Spencer, C&A, H&M, La Grande Récré, Camaïeu, Optic 2000, Claire’s, Générale d’Optique, Mango, Zara and more. Many retailers have already set up shop to meet the needs of their customers. Suffice it to say that this center has many advantages.
