GETTING TO INGV BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
From Fiumicino airport to INGV headquarters
BY TRAIN + METRO + BUS
take train to Ostiense station, then Metro line B to Laurentina station (last station)
than take bus 765 or 702 or 720 (see map below).
BY TAXI:
Take a taxi outside the airport; it will cost about 50 Euros.
From Ciampino airport to INGV:
BY BUS + METRO + BUS
From Ciampino airport take a shuttle bus (TERRAVISION) outside the airport to Termini
station (Euro 4,00) than take metro B line to Laurentina, and bus or 702 or 720.
Or a city bus to Metro A (Red line) Anagnina station take the metro until Arco di Travertino station,
outside the metro take a bus 765 (Agricoltura ditection), after 21 stop you will see the INGV on the
right stop at ISTITUTO NAZIONALE di GEOFISICA bus stop.
BY TAXI:
The trip will cost about 30/40 Euros.
From the city center to INGV headquarters
BY METRO + BUS
Take metro line B (blue line) up to Laurentina terminus and then bus 765 (Arco di
Travertino direction) or bus 702, 720 (see map below).
Buses will stop in front of INGV (second last bus stop in Via di Vigna Murata).
BY BUS
from Trastevere station take bus # 766 (the bus stop is in front of the station).
from San Giovanni in Laterano square take bus # 218; Please exit at the bus stop Via
Ardeatina, just after the traffic light at the intersection of Via Ardeatina with Via di Vigna
Murata. This would be 200 m from INGV (see map below).
