Pancrepes are an evolution. Pancakes have limited use – largely at breakfast but they are very easy to cook. Crepes have endless ways to use them but require more skill
with a crepe pan to get them just right. Pancrepes is the merging of family recipes and have proven to combine the best of both worlds in to one product – it can also be
used for great waffles!
Light and fluffy (like a soufflé)
That may be the best way to describe the texture of the Pancrepe. Even after they have cooled the Pancrepe will retain its flexibility, unlike other options. Pancrepes can be
rolled tightly into a Roll-up, used as a Wrap, or used Flat.

The Sweet version everyone is familiar with, but the Savory aspects are something rarely seen – the Pancrepe is delicate and is not as overpowering as a tortilla can be.
