Wildwood Park Art In The Wild Artists Sponsors for the Awards
Art In The Wild
Art In The Wild was conceived with the goals
of presenting quality outdoor art using natural
materials, providing educational opportunities
and community involvement. The works of art are
composed of mostly natural materials to blend
with Wildwood’s nature setting. The project was
open to all. The exhibit is one more way to bring
awareness to Wildwood’s mission — preserving,
enhancing and interpreting the Park’s resources.

Pennsylvania’s premier centers for environmental
studies, educational opportunities and outdoor
recreation. This public resource is located in the
rolling hills of central Pennsylvania on the outskirts
of downtown Harrisburg.
Over 85,000 people use the Park annually. Its 229
acres are a haven for countless species of flora
and fauna centered around the 90 acre freshwater
wetland. A popular three-mile loop trail encircles
the park with side trails and boardwalks for a total
