Take notice that the Council of the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 is proposing to pass bylaws
pursuant of Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act.

Bylaw No. 1207, being the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 Land Use Bylaw, be amended as follows:
Land Use Bylaw No. LU 541
THAT Schedule 1 - Land Use Bylaw Map be amended such that part of the North East Quarter of Section
25, Township 62, Range 2, West of the Fourth Meridian (NE 25-62-2-W4M - 156.97 Acres more or less) be
designated from Agricultural "A" District to Country Residential "CR" District as shown on the attached
Appendix A, Map LU 541.

To adopt the document known as "Fairway Estates- Area Structure Plan" insofar as it affects lands within
part of the North East Quarter of Section 25, Township 62, Range 2, West of the Fourth Meridian (NE 2562-2-W4M - 156.97 Acres more or less) as shown on the attached Figure 5 - Area Structure Plan - Land Use
Concept, in the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 for the purpose of providing guidelines to develop
a residential subdivision.
The Council will cause a Public Hearing to be held Wednesday, October 08, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. in the
Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 4905-50 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta at which time objections to
the proposed bylaws may be made and discussed. Submissions to the Public Hearing should be made
in writing.
A copy of the proposed bylaws and related documents may be reviewed at the above address between
