Humane Education 640 People went through the Delco SPCA Humane Education Program. “Smarty Paws” Students 183 Children who practice reading to homeless kitties. At the Delco SPCA, we work to end companion animal homelessness and suffering through adoption, cruelty investigations, community programs and affordable medical and behavioral services.
