Dear Colleague,
Agenda

Up d at e 20 1 1
For the primary care physician and the nurse practitioner
The purpose of this event is to update primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
on the latest guidelines regarding diagnosis and treatment of a variety of cardiovascular
disease topics. I know you are well aware of the dismal statistics regarding heart
disease in Mississippi. It is our hope that with programs like this and in partnership
with area physicians, we can improve both the quality of care and the quality of life
of our patients who suffer from cardiovascular disease.
This event is complimentary; however, rooms and activities outside the conference
will be at the participant’s expense. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Alluvian
at a rate of $185 per night. The reservation deadline is Thursday, September 1st.
Space is limited, so I urge you to make your reservation now. Call (662) 453-2114
and mention Jackson Heart Clinic as the group name to make your arrangements.
My partners and I hope you will join us for this event that will not only be educational
but also entertaining. Please mark your calendars now for September 30th and
October 1st and make plans to attend. We look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely,
R. Harper Stone, M.D.
