All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, check, or money order. April 16, 2006 is the deadline to receive discounted retreat prices for your hotel room. Please DO NOT send your hotel registration to Ray of Hope Christian Church. CONFERENCE ATTIRE • Casual, comfortable attire is recommended. Please dress appropriately during worship services. (no shorts, halters, spandex, daisy dukes, or swimwear). • Conference colors are Caribbean Blue and White with a splash of Platinum. Feel free to wear these colors at any time during the conference. • Saturday, May 6th is conference T-Shirt day. Please notify Conference Committee of any physical challenges you may have, so that we may accommodate you. CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel your registration you must submit a written request postmarked no later than April 12, 2006 to Ray Of Hope Christian Church, 2778 Snapfinger Drive, Decatur, GA 30034, Attn: Daughters of Destiny Women’s Conference. Your registration fee and/or bus fee will be returned less a 50% processing fee within 30 days following the end of the Conference. No refunds will be issued for requests POSTMARKED AFTER APRIL 12, 2006. Each registrant is responsible for the cancellation of their hotel reservation (10 days prior to arrival). TRANSFER POLICY In the event you are unable to attend the conference and wish to transfer your registration to another person, you must complete a Transfer Form, and pay a transfer fee of $20.00 (cash) no later than April 12, 2006. No transfers after April 12, 2006. There is no refund with a transfer policy. PERSONAL CHECK POLICY If your check is returned for any reason, your registration is automatically cancelled. There is a $10 service fee for all returned checks. If you choose to re-register and space is available, CASH or MONEY ORDER will be required. SPECIAL NOTE: This is an ADULTS ONLY conference, so NO childcare services will be available. Worship services, workshops, and dining areas can’t accommodate children. In this workshop we’ll discuss what love is, talk about the dos and don’ts of dating and teach you how to have godly relationships with young men.
