will be paid directly to the hotel. A valid credit card is required for your hotel payments

In order to confirm individual hotel reservations, a first night’s room deposit will be held on the
credit card presented. Ray of Hope will not assume responsibility for attendee’s hotel payments.
Monday, April 21, 2014 is the deadline to receive conference prices for your hotel room.

Many try to satiate the hunger of their hearts by substituting the love of God
with things of this world. Yet, God longs for us, if we are but willing.
Full refund of an individual room deposit will be forfeited unless cancellation is received 14
days prior to arrival.
C. Power of Faith
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
• Casual, comfortable attire is recommended. Please dress appropriately during
worship services. No shorts, halters, spandex, or swimwear permitted in worship.
• Conference colors are Peach, Cream & Brown. Feel free to wear these colors
during the conference.
• Saturday, May 24th is conference t-shirt day.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your conference registration you must submit a written request postmarked no
later than April 14, 2014 to Ray of Hope Christian Church, 2778 Snapfinger Road, Decatur,
GA 30034. Attn: Daughter’s of Destiny Women’s Conference. Your registration fee will be
returned less a 50% processing fee within 30 days following the end of the conference. No
refunds will be issued for requests POSTMARKED AFTER APRIL 14, 2014.
TRANSFER POLICY
All registration deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable. In the event you are unable
to attend the conference and wish to transfer your registration to another person, you must
complete a Transfer Form, and pay a transfer fee of $20.00 (cash) no later than April 14,
2014. No transfers will be taken after April 14, 2014. There is no refund with a transfer policy.
PERSONAL CHECK POLICY
If your check is returned for any reason, your registration is automatically cancelled. There
is a $20 service fee for all returned checks. If you choose to re-register and space is
available, CASH or MONEY ORDER will be required.
OTHER INFORMATION
This is an adult conference. NO childcare services available.
Please notify the Conference Committee of any physical challenges you may have so we may
accommodate you.
