JOB SUMMARY
Hydra-Flex is seeking a SolidWorks drafter / designer with 3-7 years’ experience. We are looking for an
individual who is a team player and familiar with manufacturing practices.

Dimension and create CAD models from concept sketches
Use attention to detail to create error free documents
Practice good revision control of documentation
Creates assembly drawings per company specifications
Dimension prints in accordance with industry accepted practice
Help design injection molded components for manufacture
Maintain CAD databases
Dimensional analysis
Exhibits accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness, etc. in carrying out work duties.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 3-7 years of experience with SolidWorks and drafting
• Design of injection molded components
• Design of small machined components, experience with lathes a plus
• Associates degree in design/drafting or equivalent experience
PAY AND BENEFITS
• Contract position
• Hourly wage of $20-30/hr, depending on skill level
• 40 hours per week at our Burnsville, MN office/manufacturing facility/warehouse
