Oktoberfest Car Show Saturday, September 1st It's that time again folks, the Cleveland Labor Day Oktoberfest Car Show is on September 1st, but Rudi and Joan Kamper advise that the fun goes all weekend. There will be great food and beer. For an extensive list of entertainment and activities this year and a map go to: clevelandoktoberfest.com. Flyer will follow in this issue. Autumn Tour and Clam Bake Sunday, October 7th Come join us on October 7th. We'll meet at Joan Virostek's for that second cup of coffee, followed by a short tour through the Cuyahoga River Valley ending up at Bill and Chris Snyder's for a Clam Bake, (steak will be available for those who don't eat clams). Co-coordinated by the Snyders, Truelsons and Joan Virostek. Flyer to follow in September issue of High Beam. ORCCCA Holds Grand Classic Saturday, September 21, 2013 ORCCCA will be holding a Grand Classic on September 21, 2013 in conjunction with the 2013 Glenmoor Gathering. The 2013 Ohio Grand Classic will be held Saturday, September 21st on the grounds of the Glenmoor Country Club. This one is a natural, so be sure to make your plans to attend both events with your Classic. It's early yet, but please feel free to contact Chris Snyder with any questions at 330-656-9811. White Elephant Sale Success The White Elephant Sale at Margus & Vickie Sweigard's on Sunday, August 12th was a rousing success. Marcia & Gary Rosenthal handled auction duties and did a good job of finding the elephants new homes, all to the benefit of the club.
