Welcome to Club 27 and thank you for joining us for a wonderful
evening of fun and fundraising for Hickory Point, Shabonee and Wood
Oaks schools.
We are grateful to families and area businesses that have supported this
new event with their generous donations. Their commitment is what
helps us maintain our community roots and excellence in education. We
encourage your support of these businesses throughout the year.
Once again, we would like to thank our co-chairs for this event, Laura
Birt and Emily Taylor. Club 27 was completely created, planned and
managed by their vision and dedicated work on behalf of the students in
our district. Thanks also to the Club 27 Committee for making this
evening possible.

Club 27 2016 Bidding Procedures
The silent auction will begin at 6:30pm and will begin to close at
9:30pm. An item is not closed until it has been highlighted.
Each item within the silent auction has a corresponding bid sheet.
Items start with a minimum bid that cannot be changed and have a
minimum increment bid amount. This information is stated on each
bid sheet.
The minimum bid and subsequent bids are preprinted on each bid
sheet. All you need to do is print your bidder number next to the
amount you would like to offer for each item.

Please remember that each entry on the bid sheets is binding.
In the event of a dispute, the Club 27 co-chairs shall determine
winning bids and their decision is final.
•
Purchases are tax deductible to the extent that the amount paid
exceeds the fair market value of the item received.
•
Payment may be in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If
paying by check, please make it payable to District 27 Council PTA.
•
The District 27 Council PTA is most grateful to all of our
generous donors. As a courtesy to them, prizes are not returnable for
refund or exchange.
•
Certain items are subject to the restrictions of the donor, which
must be honored. Please be aware of all expiration dates on gift
certificates and any donor disclaimers noted.
•
All sales are final. In the case of auction items that are services
to be performed or items to be rendered, it is the responsibility of the
buyer to make arrangements directly with the donor. The District 27
Council PTA is not responsible for lost gift certificates.
•
Values listed with the auction items are the donors’ estimates.
