Dear Friends of St. Pius X,
We come together every year to celebrate our past, cherish the present and secure the future. This year’s theme, H.A.T.S.
Helping All To Succeed, will bring a promise that the Auction will once again be our community’s strongest fundraiser.
From the very beginning of assembling this incredible team, it has been our intention to build involvement, encourage
creativity, and raise positive attitudes around the Auction within St. Pius X and the business communities. This successful
joint effort makes our community stronger.
Tonight, we celebrate our past by honoring Sister Pauline for her lifetime Achievements. Her dedication to her faith,
community, and education are a fitting tribute during her 60th Jubilee. Tonight, we the St. Pius X Parish School community
celebrate Sister Pauline for her service to God and the community. Thank you, Sister Pauline!
We cherish the present by simply celebrating together tonight. This evening defines, in essence, what it means to be a
community. As we wear our H.A.T.S. tonight, we will bring together the St. Pius X family and our local businesses, donors,
and friends to Help All To Succeed. By putting on your HAT to support the St. Pius X Auction you are part of the amazing
change of H.A.T.S. and the Endless Possibilities!
Please support the community that supports us. We help secure the future of St. Pius X Parish School, in part, by actively
participating in the School and Parish fundraising. This wonderful evening will include Silent and Live Auctions, a Student
Art Gallery, amazing food, cash bar, and live entertainment by Send in the Clones. Every year the Auction proves to be
successful to support one of everyone’s favorite causes— the education of the students of St. Pius X Parish School.
As you enjoy the evening’s events, please know that we are blessed to have a group of selfless and talented volunteers
who are passionate about St. Pius X Parish School. Thank you to everyone who donated an item, talked their favorite
business into participating, provided sponsorship dollars, or volunteered their valuable time! Without each of you, this
night would not be possible. And lastly, I would like to personally thank YOU for YOUR part. A party like this does not
happen by itself and your generous participation in tonight’s events is what makes this night so rewarding. With that, let
the festivities begin and we can’t wait to see you again next year!

Auction Rules
Upon arrival at the auction, please proceed to the Registration Desk and receive your BIDDER NUMBER. This
number can be used by all members of your family.
Items will be on display in the Montini gymnasium and foyer area. All items will have an associated number with
a listing in the BidPal system. If you wish to bid on an item, you must utilize the BidPal devices available from
the registration desk. The first bid on any item must be greater than or equal to the MINIMUM BID. Subsequent
bids must be higher by at least the MINIMUM RAISE than the last bid. You can bid higher as many times as you
want. An improper bid will be nullified by an auction official. Issues with the BidPal devices should be directed
to the on-site BidPal representatives.
The Silent Auction starts at 6:00 p.m., and each table will be closed at a different time according to the schedule
published for the evening. Appropriate announcements will be made prior to the closing of each table.
Items on which you have successfully bid can be paid for with cash, check (made payable to St. Pius X School),
VISA or MasterCard. You will receive an itemized receipt. You may pay for any items purchased in the Live
Auction once the Live Auction is completed.
All items must be paid for, and removed from, the venue the evening of the auction event. Any items not paid
for will be offered to the next highest bidder. Gift and award certificates will be available at check-out.

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” The St.
