Woodland Gardens operate a farm year-round on
5 acres. Growing in unheated hoophouses and
heated greenhouses. They sell at the Morningside
Farmers' Market in Atlanta, to restaurants in
Atlanta and Athens, and through a subscription
box in Athens.

Crystal Organic Farm is a 12-year old certified
organic farm located one hour east of Atlanta.
They grow produce year-round in high tunnels,
fruits, flowers and eggs. The mission is to be
a successful farm providing fresh, clean food.

Summerland Farm has been in the Stiles family
since 1838. Anne Stiles Quatrano and Clifford
Riley Harrison moved to Summerland in June of
1992 in the hopes of restoring the family property
into a southern truck farm to help enhance their
first passion – cooking. Currently Summerland
Farm is home to 22 horses, 6 jersey cows, 6 Nubian
nanny goats, 2 piggies, 9 lucky dogs, a barn cat
or two and many turkeys, ducks and chickens.

Riverview Farms is a certified organic family
farm growing over 50 varieties of vegetables
from May through December. They also have
grassfed beef and pastured Berkshire pork.
The farm has been in the family for 30 years
and has been certified organic since 2000.

Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils holdings are
concentrated in the Côte de Beaune. Founded
in 1731 by Michel Bouchard and his son, who
passed through Burgundy on their travels to
Flanders for their family's textile business.
Over the centuries, nine successive generations
of the Bouchard family acquired vineyards,
gradually increasing their estate holdings.

Valençay cheeses were once shaped like perfect
pyramids. However, when Napoleon returned from
his disastrous campaign in Egypt, he stopped at
the castle of Valençay and seeing the cheese
reminded him of the Egyptian pyramids. He drew
his sword and chopped off the top. Cheeses have
been made in the shape of a truncated pyramid
ever since.
Camembert has been made in Normandy since the
11th century when a farmers wife, gave shelter
to a priest from the Brie region. The priest
passed on the recipe as a way of repaying
the kindness. The soft cheeses improved
dramatically. Marie passed her knowledge onto
her daughter who, with her husband, Victor Paynel,
presented the cheese to Napoleon III. Napolean
decreed the cheese with the royal seal of approval
and the future of this small cheese was secured.
Langa Bonrus - Blend of cow and sheep’s milk.
This is a semi-aged cheese (21 days) can have
a red tint after aging, they appropriately
named this cheese Bonrus which means “good red”
in the Piemontese dialect. Harmonious and tasty
with a strong character. Semi soft rind and
creamy inside.

In 1905, the house was appointed by the then
Austrian-Hungarian Emperor, François Joseph
to produce champagne for the royal court.
Ranked amongst the top 10 houses of champagne
producers, Champagne Henriot has continually
set the benchmark for champagnes by maintaining
only a small production and focusing on quality,
endowing its champagnes with a clean austerity.
Champagne Henriot's range of champagnes are
renowned for being fresh while having an added
complexity from generous mineral notes present
in Chardonnay grapes. The emphasis on Chardonnay
and absence of Pinot Meunier are signatures of
the house, which deviates from the standard methods
of blending champagne, instead establishing a
style of their own, combining liveliness and
zest with remarkable refinement and elegance
in its champagnes

Henriot Rosé Champagne
Priory of Montézargues was settled by monks and
obtained fishing rights in the pond of Pujaut and
since then, dried it up. There were only 3 ponds
in 1299. Several years later, however, noticing
that the place was well-situated for the growing
of vines, the monks began planting vines and making
wine, this activity becoming the sustaining the
life and history of the property.
