Once upon a time, in the “gourmands” kingdom
(a very very big kingdom going from La Baule to Paris, and passing by
Bruxelles, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Toulouse and Hong Kong),
there were Pierre, Alban, Julien and Laurent, four boys, madly crazy about good
food, from the worst kind (the one that would kill for a big nice rib of beef,
that would steam you alive for yummy homemade fries,
that could even rip your heart off just for a chocolate fondant).
So, those three gourmands were longing for good home cooked food « from when
they were little ». Simple, good and tasty food, made from real products.
And above all food with lots of flavours !
So they had an idea (just as good as one The Genie from Aladdin would have). To
get together to give birth to their restaurant, a place that would look like them,
warm and friendly, where it would feel good to be… and to eat of course!
Ratatouille was already booked, so they hired some chefs with funny ideas,
to prepare those dishes « as good as their mums’ ».
They didn’t get married but they lived happily ever after and had loads of other
Fils à Maman….
The food at Les Fils is homemade, our dishes are prepared on the premises from fresh products.
