Bil Lepp!”Champion Liar of Tall Tales & Witty Stories” Award winning storyteller, writer and recording artist, Bil has been featured 13 times at the National Storytelling Festival, performed at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival and Comedy Central’s stage in Los Angeles. Adept at spinning tales and exaggerating circumstances, Bil is a champion liar, filling his stories with morsels of truth which shed light on universal themes. His mirthful tales and delightful insights into everyday life include hunting trips to funerals or a visit to the dentist. Author of three books, ten audio collections a non-fiction book and a novel. His family oriented stories are clever and witty. Lyn Ford! “Teller of Home-Fried Tales” A fourth-generation, nationally recognized storyteller in the Affrilachian tradition of joy and love. Home-Fried Tales are folktale adaptations, spooky tales and original stories rooted in Lyn’s family multicultural Affrilachian storytelling traditions. These stories are often enriched with call and response, choral response, rhythm and rhyme, humor and heart. Lyn is a teaching artist with the Ohio Alliance for Arts Education, workshop facilitator with the Ohio State based Collaborative Initiative of The Kennedy Center. Her books Beyond the Briar Patch and Affrilachian Tales have won the Anne Izard Storytellers’ Choice Award. She is a writer, recording artist with award winning CDs, and a certified Laughter Yoga leader. Andy Offutt Irwin!”The Man is an Outer-Kid” Some people have inner-kids. Andy has an outer-kid. With a manic Silly Putty voice, astonishing mouth noises and hilarious stories, he is equal parts mischievous schoolboy and the Marx Brothers, peppered with a touch of the Southern balladeer. People are drawn to him like magnets to a refrigerator. And inside, it’s all Mountain Dew and Jolt Cola. Andy is a storyteller, humorist, singer, songwriter, musician, whistler, walking menagerie of sound effects and dialects, and so much more; some of his talents are hard to categorize. Honors include the 2013 National Storytelling Network’s Circle of Excellence Award. Appearances include the National Storytelling Festival, International Storytelling Center and Guest Artist at the “FAME” School, Disney World, the “Southern Comedy Tour”, Oxford College and of course, his oneman show.
