At All Needz Rental Center, helping create memorable events
and making them a success is our business, Wedding consultation and special event planning/coordination is available. We
specialize in weddings, anniversary and birthday parties, business meetings, company celebrations, church functions conferences, customer appreciation events, fund-raisers, grand openings, political functions, social events, special promotions, and
tradeshows.
Our consultants will be happy to assist you with your event
planning. We suggest that you finalize your plans as early as
possible so that we can make your reservation for any equipment you have selected for your special event.
Price List Effective January 2012
Reservations are accepted by telephone, fax, or in person and are
cofirmed with a minimum 50 percent reservation deposit, All
payments are non-refundable.
• Rates listed are for one day. Rates are for all time out; whether
used or not. Payment is due before delivery or pick-up. We
gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
• Prices subject to change without notice. The normal rental
day is a 24-hour period. Weekends are considered a one-day
rental.
• Delivery is available upon request for a nominal fee.
• Set-Up/Breakdown services are available upon request for a
nominal fee.
• Pick-Up/Returns: All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be
rinsed free from food and repacked in the same containers
as received. Linens should be shaken free and dry to prevent
staining and mildew. Please do not launder linens. Tables
and chairs shall be stacked in a dry area ready for pick-up.
All items must be assembled in a prearranged area ready for
pick-up. Items not meeting these requirements are subject to
additional charges.
• Loss or Damage: Responsibility for equipment remains with
the renter from time of delivery/pick up to the time items are
checked-in. We do charge for all missing, chipped, cracked,
broken, or damaged items.
If an item you are looking for is not listed, please ask one of our
consultants, as we may have added that item to our inventory.
