2 Due to fire regulations, we are required to maintain a minimum aisle width and

3 There is no facility for the storage of boxes etc. in the exhibition halls. Exhibitors
should make their own arrangements for the storage of such items.

either by submitting images for inclusion, or by supplying your

throughout the year through adverts, inserts, features, news and show
previews and reviews.

available of the preview fashion shows at the British Bridal Exhibition Harrogate. Below are details of what is included:

will be supplied at both of the entrances. One side of the bag must have the exhibition logo on, artwork to be supplied by the
exhibition organisers. Otherwise the bags can be branded in any way the sponsor chooses.
V I P & O verseas B u y ers ’ L ounge £1,000 + VAT Exclusively for VIP and Overseas buyers,
offering complimentary refreshments. The lounge will be branded with the Sponsor’s name/logo, brochures/information can be
placed on the tables and an area is available for a small display.
C A T E R I N G A R E A S £1,800 + VAT There is a large catering plaza within the Exhibition. Sponsors have the
opportunity of exclusively branding this area. Themes, design and concept can be discussed and agreed with the individual sponsor.
L A N Y A R D S £2,500 + VAT (production costs are not included) All buyers will receive a lanyard with their badge holder.
The lanyards can be in most colours and have the sponsors branding on. An ideal way to get your name around everybody’s neck!!
C H I L D R E N ’ S C R É C H E £500 + VAT Many of the buyers bring their young children To enable their visit to be
more beneficial we arrange for a créche facility during exhibition opening times on Sunday, with fully trained staff. The sponsor
would receive coverage in the show issue of Bridal Buyer, the show guide and signage above the entrance.
P E N S W I T H S H O W G U I D E £1,000 + VAT All buyers and exhibitors receive a complimentary pen on
entering the exhibition. This can be personalised with the sponsor’s logo / website in one colour.
L A D I E S T O I L E T S Cost per toilet £250 + VAT (production costs are not included) Why not treat your
customers to a nicer experience! There are 6 cloakrooms within the exhibition, all of them crying out for a more personal touch.
Sponsorship would include your posters on the inside of the cubicle doors, set within a frame, a sign saying “Sponsored by --”,
fresh flowers, scented handwash and luxury handcream.
I nternet C af É £2000 + VAT Located by the main Catering Plaza, the internet gives free access to all buyers
and visitors. We will provide 2 high table pods – each one houses 3 PC’s, with stools, connection and power, café tables and
chairs. The sponsor would be able to decorate the area as they wish, although we would need to agree plans in advance to
make sure no fire routes and health and safety issues are all covered. Details on the Internet Lounge and the sponsor, including
company logo will be published on the BBEH website, in Bridal Buyer and the Show Guide.
P R E S S O F F I C E £300 + VAT The press office is exclusively for the press who will be offered complimentary
refreshments throughout the show. The press office will be branded with the Sponsor’s name/logo and your promotional
literature will be distributed in this area.
Y O U A R E H E R E S I G N S Cost per site £240 + VAT (production included) Located at varies strategic points
throughout the exhibition on illuminated boards, showing visitors their present location on the layout of the halls together with a
list of exhibitors. A0 poster on the reverse side of the plan.
P review S how D rinks R eceptions £500 + VAT (plus drink costs) Taking place prior to the
evening Preview Shows, the drinks receptions are located adjacent to the fashion theatre. The sponsor will exclusively brand this
area and have the opportunity to hand out promotional literature.
S H U T T L E B U S E S £300 + VAT A shuttle bus will be transporting overseas buyers to and from Leeds/Bradford
airport. The sponsor would receive branding on the buses and at the bus stops. Literature could also be displayed

W ater D ispensers / P ersonalised C ups £2,000 + VAT Located at various
strategic points throughout the exhibition offering buyers and exhibitors free chilled water. The sponsor would get a sign/poster
above the machine. The plastic cups offered from a dispenser would be personalised with the sponsors logo, website etc. There
is a minimum order on cups of 50,000 and therefore this would cover at least 4 shows. (The prices reflects this)
R ela x ation Z one £2000 + VAT (Sept. only) Professional therapists are on hand to refresh those tired feet,
sooth and relax with an Indian head massage, or ease aching shoulders. The Zone is advertised in all the show literature and
signed within the exhibition. This would include the sponsor’s logo and company name. The area itself could also be tailor made
to suit the required image of the sponsor.
