Diary and Fixture List 2015 Beadlow Manor Hotel, Golf Club & Conference Centre Beadlow Manor has been established for over 40 years and is one of the best golf, hotel and conference centres in Bedfordshire. As well as the magnificent golf facilities, our hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment, and now boasts 20 Grand Bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and fully equipped. We are licensed to hold marriages and have a dedicated ceremony room in our hotel. Wedding receptions can then be held in our Manhattan Suite, which is a modern room overlooking the golf courses. It is ideal for wedding parties of up to 150 diners, and our clubhouse is licensed to hold 210 guests in total. It is also ideal for parties, functions and conferences. In knockout competitions, ALL contestants are equally responsible for making contact with their opponents and agreeing dates for the matches to be played. 2. ALL contestants MUST enter telephone contact numbers on the knockout competition sheets. 3. When difficulties arise in agreeing on dates for a match to be played, the Competition Secretary MUST be contacted, AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE the completion date for that round. They will then offer at least two dates (one weekend, one midweek). If neither date is acceptable to either side, both will be disqualified. If neither date is acceptable to only one side, that side will be disqualified. If it proves impossible to contact one or the other side, that side will be disqualified. 4. The completion date for a whole round of a knockout competition will not be extended unless both courses are CLOSED for a period of time which would make completion impossible by the due date. 5. Contestants MUST NOT arrange to play a match on a date that is later than the completion date for that round, or both sides will be disqualified. 6. All knockout competition finals should have a referee who will be appointed by the Competition Secretary. 7. Contestants may lodge an appeal against a decision of the Competition Secretary to the Competitions Sub Committee, which shall consist of the Club Captain and two other committee members. It is a condition of entry to all knockout competitions that all contestants accept that the decisions of the Competitions Sub Committee are final. COMPETITION SUSPENSION Any member who fails to notify the Pro Shop prior to or fails to turn up to play in a competition that they have entered will be banned from playing in any competition including knockouts for 1 full calendar month. Until this fine is paid the member will continue to be banned from all competitions. To appeal against the ban you must notify the Disciplinary Committee in writing. ladies If you wish to participate in Club or Trophy competitions, you may do so providing you have played in 3 qualifying competitions.
