FEBRUARY 12 JEWISH IMPROV PLAYSHOP WITH BRIAN FOX! 8:00 pm Brian Fox, actor and educator, will lead “edutainment playshops” (translation: fun and educational workshops) using improvisational theater games to explore Jewish values. The playshops are interactive where everyone participates, shines like a star and has fun! FEBRUARY 19 CASINO NIGHT 8:00 pm It’s our fifth annual Casino Night featuring casino style card games and the return of mocktails. Games will be cheap so don’t forget to bring money. All proceeds will be donated to United Jewish Fund in conjunction with Super Sunday. FEBRUARY 26 SOLLEY’S DELI NIGHT OUT 8:00 pm Who doesn’t love food? Solley’s is one of the Valley’s classic Jewish Delis with favorites such as knishes, blintzes, potato pancakes, matzah ball soup along with great desserts, coffee and tea. AUDITION FOR BEIT CAFE ISRAELI COFFEEHOUSE Thanks to a generous IRA grant from the Jewish Federation Valley Alliance, we will be having an Israeli Beit Cafe at Tempo Restaurant in Encino, Sunday, May 2. Students from campuses across the Valley and outlying areas will be invited to attend and audition to perform on stage that evening. Musicians, singers, comedians, dancers, actors, poets, etc. who are interested in performing should contact us to arrange an audition. Your first opportunity to audition live and on stage is at our Cafe Hillel "Purim Talent Show" on Thursday, March 4.
