of Commerce, Feather Falls Casino & Lodge, Oro Dam Cruisers, their
employees, members, officers and anyone else connected with this
event of any form. Any and all known/unknown damages, injuries, losses,
judgments/claims from any cause what so ever that may be suffered by
anyone participating in this event or by any spectators. I understand and
