Contractor shall call Mississippi 811 for locations of all existing underground utilities and coordinate locations of other utilities with Owner Maintenance and City of Richton Utilities. 2. Contractor shall locate all existing Mississippi Power Company's overhead and underground primary and secondary voltage power lines in the area and use caution when install new underground wiring and setting new underground service and power sources. (MPC POC is Mr. Butch Heath, Phone #601.297.1633). 3. Contractor will be held responsible for repairs due to damages to any existing underground utilities. Contractor will be required to coordinate any disruption of electrical service with MPC. 2. Contractor shall install new 200-Amp, 120/240-Volt, 3-Wire, 1-Phase main breaker in the existing 200-Amp Panel MDP (Siemens W4040L-1200 CU). New Main Breaker shall be equal to Siemens MBK-200 for UL requirements. 3. Contractor will have to make some modifications and relocations of existing breakers and feeders and existing underground service from MPC 100-KVA, Pad-Mounted Transformer. 4. Contractor shall use large-radius 90 degree PVC elbows and schedule 40 PVC for underground and schedule 80 PVC for all exposed conduits. 5. Contractor shall route new underground feeders in PVC conduits to avoid conflict with existing running track, other facilities, and existing utilities. Directional boring will be required when crossing existing paved walk-ways or paved track facilities. 6. Contractor shall provide and install or modify all grounding requirements and verify all ground connections. 7. Contractor shall provide and install new individual underground feeders with breaker protection from existing Panel MDP to each new public restroom facility and new press-box individual Panels LP as identified in the drawings and Panel Schedules. 8. Contractor shall modify the existing 60-70-Amp, 240-Volt, underground feed to East Side Bleachers (Old Home Side). The existing press-box will be eliminated and the existing 100-Amp Panel, existing lighting fixtures, and existing power and receptacles will be disconnected and removed.The existing underground feeder will be extended and connected to a 30-Amp disconnect switch or small 4-6 position panel to maintain a circuit in front of the new bleachers for band equipment and other use. 9. Contractor shall provide new panels, lighting, power, and mechanical systems power requirements for the new facilities (public restrooms and press-box). 10. Contractor shall void in place old scoreboard underground control cable in conduit from the old press-box to the south end-zone scoreboard 11. Contractor shall remove the existing sound system speakers mounted to the top of the old press-box and to the two adjacent sports lighting wooden standards and corresponding overhead speaker wiring to each speaker. 12. A new sound system with equipment shall be provided for the new press-box. New 22-AWG speaker wiring shall be installed underground in PVC conduit from the sound systems equipment located in the new press-box area to the two adjacent sports lighting standards, to the top of the new press-box, and to the south end of the existing concession building. 13. Underground feeder to the south end-zone time clock is provided from the concession building power panel. Contractor will disconnect this underground feeder and void in place to allow construction of the new public restroom facility (east side).
