The 25th Rehab Telethon honored three community members for the dedication, commitment and contributions to making north central Ohio a better place to live.

Jeff Urban
Tom Brennan was awarded a Lifetime Community Service award for his work as Editor of the Mansfield News Journal and his work
as a volunteer for and supporter of many area fund raisers since he first joined the News Journal in 1972.
Sheila York was honored with a Community Service award as organizing chairman of the Rehab Telethon from the first telethon in
1992 and for many years following. She has continued to be involved with the Rehab Center, the Rehab Telethon and Catalyst Life
Services since 1983.
Jeff Urban received a Community Service award for his dedication to the success of the Rehab Telethon serving as co-chairman of
the event for many years. He has continued his involvement with the telethon for most of the 25 years since its inception in 1992.

be offered at this location. If you are an active consumer with the agency, please discuss a transition to this
