This fully potted, extremely robust controller is fully user programmable with enough I/O to allow stand-alone operation or it can be the master controller for a large HCT-CAN Bus system with the addition of up to 16 x additional DVC series expansion modules. The unit as standard, has 14 inputs ( 8 digital inputs, 3 analog inputs and 3 universal inputs ), and 9 outputs ( 3 Dual PWM rivers to 3 Amps, 6 on/off drivers to 3 Amps ). Integrated and visible diagnostic/prognostic LED indicators and 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection makes this a very powerful tool for mobile solutions. The Intella™ Software Suite is a powerful programming tool written by HCT, that allows a project or applications engineer to easily create, enhance, change, modify and optimize user applications which run on the DVC series of controllers. High Country Tek Inc. High Country Tek Inc. DVC™ Expansion Modules DVC21: 20 x sinking & 20 x sourcing inputs: HCT-CAN protocol and separate RS232 port for PC connection. All inputs have configurable de-bounce time and Hi/Lo activation. Visible diagnostic/prognostic LED indicators and 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection. DVC22: 40 x current sinking inputs: HCT-CAN communication with separate RS232 port for PC connection. All inputs have programmable de-bounce times and Hi/Lo activation for easy system integration. Visible diagnostic/prognostic LED indicators and 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection. DVC41: 12 x High Current Outputs: HCT-CAN communications control the current sourcing protected outputs that have open and short circuit detection. A separate RS232 port is used for easy PC connection. Visible, programmable diagnostic/prognostic LED indicators and 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection. DVC50: Universal I/O module: HCT-CAN communications, multiple digital and pulse inputs combined with 6 high sided and 3 PWM outputs make this a very versatile addition to the system. This smart, LCD 4 x 20 Character, backlit display has extended temperature operation and a trans-reflective screen for sunlight viewing. The unit interfaces via the HCT-CAN bus or the RS232 serial interface and is housed in a sealed metallic enclosure specifically designed for harsh environment. There are up to 10 digital inputs available to the user with the unit operating from 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection. DVC™ Expansion Modules DVC70: Memory expansion module: With an on-board real time clock, the module is Intended for event and trend tracking, The unit has 5Mb of non-volatile FLASH memory available for storage. Data is received via the HCT-CAN network and downloaded to a PC via a separate RS232 port. 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection. DVC80: J1939 data bridge: This unit is the link between J1939 bus systems and the DVC series controllers. The module receives, filters and re-transmits messages to allow full system control. A separate RS232 port allows connection to a PC. 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection. DVC7: Limited Expansion Master Controller: Very cost effective control module using the Intella™ Software Suite. The DVC7 communicates with the DVC61 via HCT-CAN or RS232 and has J1939 capability. 8 inputs ( 4 digital inputs, 2 analog and 2 universal inputs ) and 8 outputs ( 2 Dual PWM drivers up to 3 Amps ea. 6 on/off drivers to 3 Amps ea, ) 10 - 32 VDC supply with polarity and transient protection.
