LIABILITY ACCIDENT/INCIDENT REPORTING
CLAIMS HANDLING GUIDELINES
What do I do?
1. Render Aid: Driver should immediately check on all occupants of all vehicles involved in the
accident, if injuries are noted driver should ensure that appropriate emergency medical
authorities have been contacted.
2. Call 911
3. Call Bennett: Regardless of severity, must be reported immediately by the driver to the Bennett
Claims Department at 800-866-5500 during regular work hours and to 866-624-3473 after hours.
Reporting includes hydraulic and other type spills, alleged accidents, or accident-like occurrences,
theft of rig/cargo, fire, etc
Information: All drivers are to cooperate with investigating officer, answering questions if asked.
Driver should t discuss the accident with bystanders or other personnel representing the
claimants.

No more than 2 moving violations in past 12 months ( rolling )
