you how!
Absolutely shocking modern day "David v. Goliath" stories- Hollywood v. Independent Artists and allegations
of how they've had their creative works, allegedly, ripped from their hands while attorneys/judges allegedly,
unjustifiably and illegally manipulate the judicial system.
Hollywood, allegedly, Stealing ...In the Name of the law (Summary Judgment)
How can one Industry be accused, repeatedly, of stealing BILLIONS
of dollars in Intellectual Property and virtually NEVER have to face a
trial? Despite the law clearly stipulating that federal copyright infringement lawsuits should only be dismissed if there was NO
REASON for a trial (going to trial would be a waste of the court’s
time), *96% of all copyright cases filed AGAINST networks and studios, in NY and CA (and the lower courts within these circuits), in
the last 20 YEARS, NEVER WENT TO TRIAL? By allowing 46/48
cases to be dismissed, the court is basically saying
that NONE OF THE CASES COULD have won if permitted to
go to trial.

Behind The Scenes With
Producer Carla B. Boone:
Her Plight To Save Independent Artists!
Carla B. Boone
First time movie producer Carla B. Boone, was relentlessly
empowered to complete her documentary. She is the very first
African American film producer in history to create such a
film that reveals the injustices independent artists face when
fighting for their creative rights against major corporations.
About Carla B. Boone
Carla B. Boone, President and CEO of Holla'back Records, Ent. & Mgt. South...LLC, is a graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School and, subsequently, Long Island University's, Brooklyn Campus. She graduated in 1989 from L. I. U.
with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Carla worked full time, while pursuing her Bachelor's degree. For
over 25+ years she worked for the nation's largest Pension System. Her meteoric rise through this organization, from a
Clerk-Typist to an Officer, is a true testament to her work ethic, dedication, abilities and talents. She also held her Series
6, 63 and 26 Federal Securities Licenses and the CHFC (Chartered Mutual Funds) Designations. She also successfully
completed numerous CLU and LOMA examinations. Carla also held the position of President of the Board of Directors
of her previous homeowner's Association in Brooklyn New York. Additionally, she founded and self funded a non-profit
organization, Blessed with Colour in 1988. This non-profit youth organization provided mentoring to at risk youth residing in the neighborhood where she was born and raised; Fort-Greene Brooklyn as well as assistance to Grandparents
raising their grandchildren. Carla has managed numerous hip hop and R & B artists, a gospel praise dancer and worked
with super-producers which charted platinum singles for Alicia Keys, 50-Cent and Sean Paul/Nina Sky in addition to
WyClef Jean. Carla has also managed models and talent that have received starring roles in NBC's Conan O'Brien show,
Essence magazine ads, CVS and numerous print advertisements throughout the United States and abroad.
The origin of this quote is unclear...yet it is clear that the
way I will live my life is governed by this quote: “If you
don't stand for something, you will fall for anything!"
Justice has never been readily handed over to those
who are oppressed; historically, we have always had to
fight for our civil/constitutional rights.

Yet, too many people become complacent with their
lives, their accomplishments, their material wealth and
lose sight of the fact that one should always continue to
fight to ensure that the cry "...And Justice for All.."
becomes a reality and not simply rhetoric.
I made this movie for one reason and one reason
only...to get Justice for All Artists/Independent Artists
whose movies, cartoons, songs etc. have been,
allegedly stolen and their lives, careers, health and
finances wrecked by the alleged systemic abuse
of judicial authority, attorney misrepresentations and utter disheartening and disappointing realization that the
very system designed to protect and serve All is clearly
doing just the opposite!

Hudson hand delivered materials to the office of the

Hudson writes all about his allegations against
megastar Eddie Murphy and Universal Studios in

available on Amazon.com. He outlines the events
that drove him to a more-than-decade-long lawsuit
over his stage production "No Harm, No Foul,"
which he alleges portions were stolen and are now
memorable scenes in the hit film "Life," which stars
Murphy, Martin Lawrence and the late Heavy D.

-Troy Walker
Troy Walker is an accomplished cartoonist, toy inventor, and founder of
ToonWhiz Pictures. Walker created the children’s novelty fad, Hairy Pops finger
puppets, used as an advertising novelty in the late 1990s by the Supercuts chain of
hair salons. In 1999, a state of California funded non profit agency contracted him
to create an original mascot, Skipper, The California Dog For Healthy Kids. This
costumed character
was invited to Washington, D.C. during the Clinton Administration
by Secretary of Health Donna Shalala. An animated short
“Skipper Goes To Washington,” premiered at that event.
Troy’s most infamously known for his long legal battle with Nickelodeon TV
Network regarding the true origins of the SpongeBob Squarepants cartoon
character. One of Troy’s earliest creations Bob Spongee, The
Unemployed Sponge, predated SpongeBob almost 10 years.
Troy’s latest project is Mr. FunkyWalkers Warehouse Adventure, a delightful half hour live
action/animated children’s DVD, which stars Troy as the optimistic shoemaker
Mr. FunkyWalker. The program is
based on the FunkyWalk 1995 school
tour under contact with Head Start®
