The head coach of each team MUST be present; student-athlete attendance is optional; however, attendance is encouraged, as players are responsible for the information reviewed at the meeting regardless of their attendance. The meeting will include information on the provisions of NCAA Bylaw 31.1.10, which prescribes conditions under which a student-athlete or representative of an institution may be disqualified from further participation in the championship for reasons of misconduct.
