Welcome to I WILL!
Watch our video to get inspired
I WILL
I WILL is an initiative by Rotterdam School of Management,
Erasmus University (RSM).
It portrays the ambitions and intrinsic motivations of our
students, staff, faculty, alumni and anyone else related to
RSM.
It’s our community of individuals, each identifying what they
want to create now and in the future.
I WILL
I WILL is what makes RSM a different business school.
RSM’s mission is to transform critical thinking into practical
action and by doing so, creating new leaders with innovative
ideas.
Our culture is about ambition and willpower.
I WILL expresses the spirit of RSM
• RSM is consistently ranked in the Top 10 Best Business
Schools in Europe according to the Financial Times
• We are the highest-ranked business school in northwestern Europe (Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia)
• We are unique due to our highly ambitious student culture

I WILL presence
I WILL is visible and interactive everywhere: on Facebook, on
our website, on Linkedin, and throughout our campus with
stylish photographic portraits and statements from RSM’s
students, staff, faculty and alumni.
I WILL is also part of students’ studies; it is integrated into
kick-off’s and graduations of programmes. But also part of the
curriculum like in ‘goal-setting’ (BSc 1st year) and ‘LSG’ (BSc
2nd year).
I WILL activities
Once per two years we have the I WILL Award Competition:
your chance to win 15K for the best plan to change society
and to inspire others
I WILL is integrated in many activities like the RSM
participation in the Rotterdam marathon.
I WILL
Starting today, think of yourselves as the leaders of tomorrow’s
world.
HOW WILL YOU LOOK BACK IN 25 YEARS?
Question your plans
Challenge your ambitions
Clarify your future career options
Explore your possibilities
