udy Day, founder of DreamTime
developed and instituted successful stress
relieving programs for her patients while
working as a registered nurse. Linking
the effects of stress to the onset of disease, Judy took a sabbatical to Japan to
learn more about traditional Eastern medicine.
Since 1993, DreamTime has designed products that remind and encourage us to
relax, nurture and take care of ourselves. Through the daily chaos of our busy lives, many
of us have forgotten the importance of personal relaxation. DreamTime products
assist in helping the body and mind rejuvenate, encouraging both physical and emotional
well-being.
As more people are consciously making healthier lifestyle choices and new
approaches to preventative health are being recognized, DreamTime products are being

Buckwheat hulls are a unique and natural filling that allow for air circulation and ease of
motion. They won’t compress during the

Warm Embrace products can be microwaved
for heat therapy or placed in the freezer for
cold therapy. Heat therapy encourages circulation and may be used to help ease the aches
and pain associated with headaches, muscle
tension, stress or arthritis. Cold therapy may
