Owner not there, staff say shes receptive to switching to alternatives. Comp cups. Okay with ban. Reusables for sit down. Condiment foam cups, coffee cups, clamshells, paper cups. Spoke to Sunny via cell phone about proposed ordinance. Interested in filling out online survey and will look at flyer. Ann wasn't there, dropped off flyer + spoke w/ employee. No foam viewed. 3/24/16 Will visit after Adobo Connection on Thursday if at El Mercado until 5:30pm. 3/16/16 Not open. Hours are 11:30am-2pm & 5:30-9:30pm. Take out only 15% of biz, only use foam clamshells for fried food. Go through 1-2 wkly. since main to-go is ramen, ramen packaged in ryc plastic tubs. would not be hard to make switch.
