“DDS History”
 In 2008, DDS has been created to reply to Mansell Needs in Information System. The company was
focusing on Solutions Business to serve Document Archiving and Management. During this period, the
business evolved into other IT solutions such as POS, CCTV, Document Services, Networking, … and
several projects had been made successfully, some of those projects:
1. MPS (meridian Port services)

3. Hardware supply (CISCO switches, HP consumables and others, etc…)

 In order to develop our IT business Division, in 2010, Mansell Owners purchased 37% of Qabbass
Ghana Limited an IT hardware sales company, with a major IT accessories brand called ViewTEC.
 In 2014, DDS acquire 100% of Qabass Ghana Limited. The Group is developing a powerful and
advanced IT company under the name of DDS

 By Buying Qabass Ghana, DDS is now a complete hardware and software solutions. DDS was 100%
turned for solution, services and software business and the purchase of Qabass has added all the
Hardware sale to DDS.

 DDS is now in complete restructuring, a new business development plan is under implementation. In
order to prepare 2015, the following actions will be implemented in the next 3 months:
 Increase the company presence:
 New showroom is under preparation in Kumasi - opening is planned by end of November
 New showroom is under preparation in Accra – a big showroom is reserved in the new
Ashkar building in Adabraka, expecting delivery in first quarter 2015
 The company is putting in place an innovative franchise model adapted to the African Self
employment market – By this way, remote area will be completely covered, the first Shop
will be opened in December
