Bullbar, internal and external roll over bars, 77ch
Uniden UHF fitted with Bluetooth, GPS tracking

detailed status of your fleet 24hrs a day, high

buzzers, clutch depression interlock, headlights on

The Programma EGIL is an automatic timer and motion analyser for mediumand high-voltage substation circuit breakers. It is intended for use on circuit
breakers with one contact per phase. EGIL incorporates features commonly
found on more complex test systems, but is designed to be smaller, simpler to
use and less expensive than other similar test sets. Its price makes it attractive
to smaller utilities and it is an ideal supplementary product for maintenance
departments at larger power companies and for testing contractors.

Tan Delta (also referred to as “Power Factor”) is the ratio of the
Resistive Power versus the Capacitor Power of the dielectric
material. It is the measure of the quality of the insulation medium.
The TD60 provides the testing and commissioning engineer with a
high voltage tan delta measuring system suitable for testing cables:
XLPE, PE, EPR, PILC and other electrical equipment: capacitors,
switchgear, transformers and rotating machines.
On-site testing of medium voltage cables according to VDE DIN 0276-620/621
(CENELEC HD 620/621), IEEE P 400-2-2004, IEEE 400-2001. Cable Sheath
testing/Sheath fault location. Insulation tests on electrical equipment, such as
rotating machines (motors and generators) according to IEEE 433. Compact,
easy portable testing equipment. VLF truesinus® high voltage source.
Tan Delta testing enables the cable test engineer to detect insulation defects before the cable fails in service.
The TD60 is a versatile tan delta measuring system that is directly connected to the HV Diagnostics and HVA
Series of VLF Test Systems. The tan delta of the test object can be measured quickly and the results stored,
thus providing a “signature” of the cable being tested. This enables the cable engineer to make tan delta a
routine test and combine this diagnostic test with the normal over voltage pressure “testing” to provide a
smart VLF test.

DV Power RMO60TD Winding Ohmmeter and Tap Changer
The Tap Changer Analyser & Winding Ohmmeter RMO60TD is designed
for tap changer analysis and for resistance measurement of inductive test
objects. RMO60TD generates true DC ripple free current. Both injection
of current and discharge of energy from the inductance are automatically
regulated.
RMO60TD injects current with a voltage as high as 60V. This ensures that
the duration of test is as short as possible, and that the desired test current
is reached faster. Two independent channels enable testing of two series
windings, or primary and secondary windings. There is enough memory within
RMO60TD instrument to store 500 measurements (EEPROM memory).
The HVA60 model is capable of testing 1µF (Approx. 10,000ft/3,000m of cable)
at 0.1Hz and 62KV peak. The frequency or voltage of the output can also
be reduced allowing even larger capacitance loads to be tested – at 0.02Hz,
approx 50,000ft/15,000m of cable can be tested. Test results are stored in the
instrument’s onboard memory allowing easy retrieval and download to a PC/
Laptop for review and analysis.

of high-voltage insulation systems in power
transformers, bushings, cables and generators
with dielectric response analysis. On the basis
of the dielectric frequency response (DFR) the

oil-paper insulations. The measurement results
are compared against values from an integrated
database and the moisture content is graded
between “dry” and “very wet” as per IEC 60422.
The DIRANA reduces the required measurement
time to 50%, as the device uses a combination
of the time and frequency range method
(Polarization Depolarization Current [PDC] and
Frequency Domain Spectroscopy [FDS]).

method for testing earth/grounding systems,
particularly those with low impedance (<2ohms)
or which are extensive and where noise is
present on the earthing system. Portable earth
testers are often unsuited to testing such earth/
grounding systems due to limited test current and
inadequate noise rejection.

unit. This can divert currents of up to 30KA if its
voltage limit value is exceeded.

The MEGGER TDR2000/2 is a state of the art, monochrome, dual channel Time
Domain Reflectometer, capable of identifying and locating a wide range of faults on
metallic cables. The TDR2000/2 has a minimum resolution of 0.1m and a maximum
range of 20km at VF=0.9 and 16kM at 0.65VF. The TDR2000/2 can perform single
or dual channel measurements on a wide range of metallic cables. Active channels
can be compared with each other or with previously stored traces from memory.
Differential channel measurements are possible and cross talk between channels
can also be identified. All results are displayed on a high resolution, QVGA display.
Full contrast adjustment provides optimum display contrast in a variety of ambient
light conditions. The TDR2000/2 can display either single or dual cursors. Single
cursor mode displays the distance from the start of the cable to the cursor. In dual cursor mode the distance
between faults can be measured. One press of the find key automatically adjusts the range and gain and
