Parts of our range are now accredited with the official Nordic eco label, The Swan. The environmental
requirements for The Swan cover the entire life cycle
of a product, from raw materials to waste minimization, from production, work environment to usage.
A long lifespan means the environmental impact is
reduced. Quality and functionality are therefore two
further criteria in the labelling.

Furthermore, we comply with REACH, EU regulations on chemicals and their safe use. We are affiliated to REPA, a system for the collection and recycling of packaging. Our veneer finishes and timber

Brands and
partners
The philosophy behind our range is simple; no matter
how large or small the budget, we aim to offer furnishing and fixtures that meet your requirements in both
design and function. Our own brands such as EFG,
Bondo and Savo, are complemented by furniture from
partners throughout Scandinavia.
Bondo
In its design, the Danish Bondo brand reflects
sophistication in simplicity, without forsaking
functionality. The finish is more reminiscent of
craftsmanship than mass production.
Abstracta
Abstracta’s range of partitions and technical
equipment creates opportunities for profes
sional meetings in user-adapted environments.
Designed to promote a creative atmosphere.
EFG
A Swedish brand rooted in Sweden’s strong
furniture tradition, EFG features a broad port
folio that unites traditional and modern design.
The range offers flexible solutions for public
environments and, more specifically, entire
workplaces.
Blå Station
Curiosity is what powers Blå Station. It’s what
drives them to always seek the unexpected and
yet-to-be-discovered, never the established
and acknowledged. Blå Station works closely
with new young designers. Several of the items
in their range of meeting furniture have been
awarded the Swan eco label.
Savo
Norwegian Savo designs ergonomic office
chairs for an international market. With its
renowned Savo Floating Tilt ® feature, Savo
offers some of the most advanced chairs on
the market.
Erik Jørgensen
Furniture from Erik Jørgensen is a classic in
Danish design circles and on the international
design market. The design is borne by an
inquisitive search for new modes of expression,
firmly rooted in superior craftsmanship.
Götessons
Götessons market monitor arms and cable
management products, combining utility and
usability.
BEC (Bankernas EDB Central), Denmark.
The brief was for 300 workstations, around
20 meeting rooms, two dining rooms and a
reception. The proposal had to contain fresh,
visual ideas without compromising on quality
and function. As the saying goes, many were
called, but only one was chosen. EFG Bondo.

Furnishing offices
and public spaces
We are committed to offering a range and service level that meets
your expectations – at the very least. It might seem that it’s primarily about interior design, but that’s not the whole story. When
the interior design works well it builds relationships.
The interior design is a well-balanced relationship between
function and good visual design. It strengthens the relationship
between assignments and staff. It’s a part of the brand, enhancing
efficiency and well-being.
The workplace as a relationship builder
A faster pace at work, less space, more open-plan
offices all result in ever-increasing pressure on coworkers. Interior design that consciously strengthens
the relationship between tasks and co-workers
reduces that pressure – as does interior design that
acknowledges the need for a private sphere.
Project-based furnishing, mobile storage, partitions for integrity and acoustics … Needs vary, of
course. We’re happy to discuss yours.
The meeting room as a creator of relationships
Larger, more formal meetings around the conference
table. A quick get-together round a café table. Work
is usually the subject; customers and co-workers
usually the participants. But the interaction between
people is always part of the experience.
In the reception area, the sofas and chairs are the
visitor’s first encounter with the company. First
impressions last. Design management embraces all
the interior design, but it is never as important as
when it represents the entire experience.
Berlingske Media, Denmark. Three months
after the decision was taken, furniture for 625
workstations, cafés, meeting rooms, reception
areas and canteen was all installed. And that’s
without being able to use the lifts. Find out
more at www.efg.info/inspiration.
Our expertise and you
Four steps on your terms
The basic requirements are often the same, but no
two customers are ever alike. That’s why we follow
these four principles, keeping to your terms all the
time.
Listen and understand. It’s easy to hear what you
want to hear. But we listen without any preconceived
ideas and even try to hear what’s not being said.
And when there’s something we don’t understand,
we ask.
Discuss and suggest. There are seldom any readymade solutions, at least not in larger projects. The
solution usually evolves in the dialogue between you
and us. Together we create the solution that is both
functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Show commitment and take responsibility. When
we’ve agreed on a solution, our part of the job might
seem to be done – in principle. But it doesn’t have to
be that way. We can help you throughout the whole
process, taking responsibility for planning, managing
and administration. We can take care of additional
purchases such as lighting and window dressing.
And we make sure everything is delivered, on time,
and fitted.
Show respect for the customer’s budget. This prin
ciple runs through the entire project. Regardless of
the size of the budget, the most important thing is
to find the optimal solution based on your needs
and terms.
Upplands Motor, Sweden. In this project, EFG
handled everything from the furniture proposal,
to purchasing, to coordinating deliveries, to
fitting.
The project called for several bespoke
solutions, such as the desk tops and counter
fronts, door panels in white plexiglass and red
for the wall-hung storage units. Find out more
at www.efg.info/inspiration.
One head office and 430 regional offices,
in a country measuring 1 752 km from north
to south. Furnishing the offices of NAV, the
Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration,
was all about personal service, logistics and
delivering on time.
Our service and you
On a personal level …
Good service is when you feel confident, knowing
that promises will be kept and feeling a rapport with
our representatives.
Good service is about our behaviour – and your
experience. It starts straightaway, at the first meeting. Step by step, we then have to demonstrate and
prove that good service is our focus. We know.
… and on a practical level
We customize when the standard range isn’t quite
enough. We test-drive our ideas on the drawing
board and in reality. We deliver. With over 2 000
workstations produced each week, we have the
capacity. And when it comes to delivering on time,
no one can beat us.
We receive deliveries and make sure everything
is put in the right place. We assemble furniture and
train operators if necessary. And, a few weeks later,
we follow up to check everything is working fine.

Work
People need to work to feel well, both physically and mentally.
A good workplace subordinates itself to the needs of the people
working there; the payoff is increased efficiency. A good workplace is functional and flexible, ergonomic and personal.
Our hallmark has always been workstations with a desk,
chair and storage. We always have a solution to suit. No matter
the problems to be solved, or the requirements to be met.
The following is a small selection of what we have to offer.
Take a look at our complete range at www.efg.info!

Organize
To organize is to create a structure that makes things easier, such
as daily tasks, or filing, for future usage. The word itself comes
from the Greek organon, meaning “instrument.” Storage solutions are the instruments we provide to help you get organized.
Storage can be individual – permanent or mobile. It can be
shared – placed against the wall or in island combinations. It can
be pedestals, shelves and cupboards, in a huge array of designs,
colours and materials.
Some examples are presented here. For the full range, take
a look at our website www.efg.info!

EFG Storage
Storage
EFG Storage is flexible and functional with sleek dimensions
and vertical lines creating a pleasing impression. Permanent or
mobile, it works just as well standing against walls or in island
configurations – or as a partition for privacy.
The EFG Storage Tower can work both as a
partition between workstations and as easily
accessible, individual storage at your desk.
EFG Storage is a complete collection of storage
units. You choose the frame, backs and fronts
separately, in veneer or MFC. Fronts and backs
come in numerous lacquers.

Focus
Work means being able to focus on the task at hand. That doesn’t
necessarily imply that everyone has to sit in his or her own little
office. Cross talk is often beneficial, whereas seclusion can even
prove to be counterproductive in project work.
Being able to focus means avoiding unnecessary and unwanted
distractions. Distractions can be psychological too; a sense of
being watched may make it equally hard to concentrate.
The solution is to create privacy – with screen walls, desk
screens and modesty panels.

Meet
A meeting can be on a small scale, a large scale or on a giant
scale – like training sessions, for instance. Regardless of size,
meetings usually have one thing in common: they bring together
people from inside and outside the office. Clients, suppliers,
board members …
It’s when design management really gains in importance.
The interior design should capture your brand, your identity and
attitude.
Our range of meeting furniture is broader than ever, and can
double up as breakout furniture, too. Meet EFG newcomers like
Titan Rock seating, and exciting new partners like Blå Station.

Living with wood
With all its natural qualities, wood is an
outstanding material for furniture manu
facture and other applications where
resilience and durability are key. Wood is
a living material, working, changing and
gaining a patina. Colours and shades
evolve under the influence of light, or as
the wood matures. That’s why each desk
top has its own personality, its own indi
vidual wooden structure – and room for
nature’s little variations.
