Additional Information pursuant to 11 AAC 02.030(h) Rutter and Wilbanks Corporation ("Rutter and Wilbanks") has acquired 100% of the working interest from Prodigy Alaska, LLC on approximately 36,000 acres on the Northern Lights Prospect, Crook Inlet, Alaska, Please be advised, Renaissance Resources (Alaska), LLC ("Renaissance") has a working relationship with Rutter and Wilbanks and has obtained an exclusive option to acquire the 36,000 acres from Rutter and Wilbanks upon lundine, of- Renaissance. Although this is a separate prospect from the North Middle Ground Shoal Unit, this option indicates our commitment to explore and develop the hydrocarbon resources of the Cook inlet, Alaska and further enhances our ability to a:tract funding to mobilise a jack-up rig. Renaissance is actively pursuing fundi:;g, and has recently received a term sheet from KcyBanc. We hope to lock in funding from other financial institutions upon cemplCtiOn of various due diligence requirements. "We've got some ideas there we'd like to pursue, and three prospects onshore on the Kenai Peninsula we'd like to acquire," he said. "Cook Inlet is our major focus in Alaska now."
