1. This Florida Vacation invitation is designed for 2 adults, at least one being gainfully employed, 25-65 years of
age, married and accompanied by their spouse; or two unmarried, cohabitating, unrelated adults arriving together,
meeting the same requirements. Not valid for married persons traveling without spouse. Up to two children under 18
years of age may share their parents room for a nominal charge of $10 for the 1st child and $15 for 2 children per
night. No pets please. If you are unable to use this invitation, you may transfer it to another qualified couple.
2. A refundable deposit of $50 (US funds) is required for your Florida vacation.
3. If ages 21-24 or over 65, please contact our Reservations Dept. for details. A minimal surcharge may apply
based on availability.
4. Hotels reserve the right to request identification and/or proof of marital status, age and co-habitation.
5. Florida residents must live a minimum of 50 miles from Orlando.
Bahama/Cruise Provisions
1. This Bahama Cruise Vacation is designed for 2 adults over 21 years of age (Families are welcome.
Ask your reservationist for details).
2. A refundable deposit of $100 (US funds) is required for your Bahamas Vacation & Cruise.
3. All cruise transportation will be provided by approved carriers and is subject to substitution.
4. Departure taxes, servicing and port charges are the responsibility of the traveler and will be collected no later
than the time of departure. Cost is approximately $89 per person, subject to change, and must be paid to ALL
STAR VACATIONS.
5. All hotel taxes, gratuities (for bellman, maids, pool attendants, etc.) are the user’s responsibility and average
$14 per person, per night. Your hotel will collect them at check-in and may paid by cash, travelers check or
major credit card.
6. Documentation requirements for entry into the Bahamas and re-entry into the United States is the
responsibility of the traveler.
7. Florida residents within 100 miles of Port Everglades, Florida, please include $69 per person surcharge.

1. Please refer to the portion of this invitation which pertains to the resort area of your choice for any special
instructions, refundable deposits, limitations, special bonuses, check-in dates or any other important notices.
2. Your written confirmation must be presented upon check-in. Hotels reserve the right to obtain a refundable
room deposit at this time. You may also be required to provide a major credit card or other means of payment
for incidental charges not covered by this invitation.
3. Do not leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation of your reservation.
4. This invitation is not valid for group travel, affinity groups, meetings, conventions nor by full-time students.
A group is considered two or more couples traveling together or meeting at the same hotel with the same arrival
date, using the ALL STAR VACATIONS invitation, regardless of where the invitations were obtained, unless
otherwise approved by ALL STAR VACATIONS.
5. This invitation does not include meals (unless indicated), transportation, taxes, telephone calls or other
incidental charges not covered by this invitation. Certain amenities are free of charge for limited use only. Holders
of this invitation agree to pay the hotel or All Star directly for all charges not covered by this invitation.
6. All room and cruise accommodations are subject to the availability of ALL STAR VACATIONS allotments.
During peak seasons, conventions, holidays or when the ALL STAR VACATIONS allotments are full, we reserve
the right to reschedule your vacation or substitute a different premier accommodation. If available, holiday or
peak season surcharge may apply. If the dates requested are not available, ALL STAR VACATIONS will offer you
the next available date.
7. All requests for reservations shall be subject to availability. Confirmation shall be made in writing upon
receipt of the reservation request form. All requests will be filled on a first come basis.
8. ALL STAR VACATIONS reserves the right to add or delete resort area hotels and cruise lines any time without
notifying holders of this invitation. ALL STAR VACATIONS can not be held responsible for any resort, hotels, or
cruise lines which cancel their accommodations or redefine the parameters of their offers.
9. This invitation is not redeemable for cash and is not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state and
local laws apply. We assume no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with
this invitation by any distributors and/or their agents other than those described in this invitation.
10. This vacation offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
11. Reservations will be processed through the reservation department by mail only. Sorry, we can not accept
telephone, fax or photostat reservation requests. [Do not attempt to make reservations directly with the resorts
or cruise lines in conjunction with this invitation.]
12. Vacationers not meeting the conditions listed herein will be required to pay the hotel and cruise line
directly at prevailing rates.
13. ALL STAR VACATIONS assumes no responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience . . . nor for loss,
injury or damage to any person or property at any Hotel or in transit to and from Hotels, and is not responsible
for delays or cancellation due to nature, strikes, equipment failures or acts of God.
14. All hotels and cruise lines named in this offer bear no responsibility or liability for this promotion. This is
an ALL STAR VACATIONS promotion.
15. Should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, ALL STAR VACATIONS must receive written notice by
registered mail at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Since your reservation will be held for you,
failure to notify ALL STAR VACATIONS in the required time period will result in forfeiture of any and all deposits
and refunds, as well as future use of your invitation. No exceptions please.
16. Should you wish to change a reservation date, 14 days notice is required and a rescheduling fee of $35.00
will apply.
17. If your checks do not clear, the invitation will automatically be voided and bank charges will apply.
18. To receive your refundable deposit, submit your completed “validation form” to ALL STAR VACATIONS, INC.
within 30 days of completing your travel, by certified mail, less any incidental charges or services fees not
covered by this invitation.
19. While on vacation you may be offered exciting vacation opportunities by your resort, in hopes you will
vacation with them in the future.
20. The retail value of this offer varies depending upon time of year and hotel and cruise line. However,
suggested fair market value for processing, servicing and accommodations and cruise is up to $1000.
21. This Voucher expires one (1) year from issue date. Travel must be completed before expiration
date. Extensions are available for a nominal fee with the permission of ALL STAR VACATIONS,INC, subject to

Steps to Follow
to arrange your
personalized vacation:
Step 1
Be sure to read this entire vacation
invitation thoroughly, including all
privileges & provisions as provisions in
each destination may vary.
Step 2
Fill in the Request Form completely.
Be sure to allow us adequate time to
secure your arrangements for you by
allowing a minimum of 45 days prior to
your desired dates to travel. Be sure also,
to select 2 dates with at least 14 days
between choices. Any reservation request
of less than 45 days will be surcharged
$32.50 per adult and will be based on
limited availability.
