MajGen Rex McMillian was commissioned a second lieutenant in the
Marine Corps in January, 1980 via the Platoou Leaders Class a1ler
graduating from the University of Southern California. He completed
flight school in June 1982 at VT-21in Kingsville, TX. He remained at
VT-21 as a flight instLUctor flying the TA-4J. In December 1983 he reported to VMFAT­
10 I for transition training in the F-4S. He then reported to VF-151, USS MIDWAY in
Yokosuka, Japan. In April 1986, he transitioned (0 the F-18 at VFA-I06, NAS Cecil
Field, FL. He next reported VMFA-53 I, MCAS El Toro, CA. In April 1989, he
transferred to Marine Corps Reserve and joined YMFA-134. In August 1998, he
transferred to the I s( Marine Expeditionary Force Augmentation Command Element
IIMEF as the Asst Air Operations Officer at Camp Pendleton, CA. In January 2000, he
assumed command of VMF A-134. In January 2002, he relinquished command and
transfelTed (0 4th Marine Air Wing headquartei's in. Ne.w..OJleans, LA. In Janullry 2003,
he was mobilized .for Operation blqi Freedom and,reported to 3rd"MA VI" for both
OCONUS and CONUS duties. In June 2005 he was demobilized and translerred to
MAG-46 as the Deputy Commander: In Nove'mber 2005, he r~linquished command as
Deputy MAG-46 and transferred to 4th MAV\,' in New Orleaus, LA. In May 2007 and
was assigned the billet of Deputy CG l,)fIMEF at Camp Pendleton, CA. In July 2007 he
was re-assigned as the Deputy CG ofMilrine Corps Forces Pacific: Honoinlu, HI. From
September 2009 to July 2010, he assumed the duties as Dep CG, IMEF at Camp
Pendleton, CA. Major General McMillian current assignment is CG 4th Marine Aircra1l
Wing.

Captain Clark T. Price
United States Navy
Commanding Officer, Tulane Naval ROTC Unit
Captain Price, a native of the Washington, D. C. area, graduated from
Grambling State University, Grambling, Louisiana, in 1983, with a
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and was commissioned an
Ensign through Officer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island in
July 1985.
Captain Price's sea duty assignments colllmep.ct;"(t.on ~oard USS Manitowoc (LST-1180),
where he served as Auxi\iatie~!Electrj~al:.:rOffice!.c ,and Assistant First Lieutenant.
Subsequent sea duty tours included: USS,Wasp (LHD-l) Main Propulsion Assistant; USS
Nitro (AE-23) First Lieutenant; aiitl Exec(qive Of:t}cer.9f USS Arctic (AGE-8) Captain
Price also served as Chief Staf((;)"fficer~:f~';.GQlnm!l~4~r,·Amphibious Squ,adron SIX.
From August 2003 until October 2005 he'warCo~iia:nding Officer (HSV-2) SWIFT
Duties ashore include Training Program Coordinator for Engineering, Damage Control,
and Fire Fighting on the staff of Commander, Training Command, U.S. Atlantic Fleet
and NATO Director for Coalition Wanior Interoperability Demonstration (CWID) on the
staff of NATO Allied COInmand, Transformatiou. Captain Price is currently the
Professor for Naval Science at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Captain Price received his master's degre~ in Inf9rnlation Systems from the Naval
Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. Additionally he graduated from the Marine
Corps Command and Staff College, Quantico, Virgip.ia and the Joint Forces Staff College,
Norfolk, Virginia.
Personal decorations include, Joint Meritorious Service' Medal, Meritorious Service
Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achieve!llent iviedal, and various service
medals and unit awards.
