User should carefully read all instructions prior to installation. 10mm Wrench Tool List 7/16” Wrench 7/16” Socket and Ratchet Using a 10mm wrench, remove factory OEM plastic guards and put aside. Remove tire prior to beginning for easier install. For Front Guards - Rhino 660, 450 all year models, 2008+ Rhino 700 B. Install Trail Armor guards using new bolts with washers supplied. From the bottom side of guard, insert ¼ - 20 x 1” bolt and washer and install nylock nut to the top side of guard. Finger tighten. See picture 1. A. Picture 1 Picture 2 On the inside rear of the guard, place strap clamp over the top of the rear of the A-Arm. See picture 2. Insert ¼ - 20 x ¾ bolt and washer from the bottom side of guard into the small strap clamp. Secure with ¼-20 nylock nut. Tighten all fasteners. For Rear Guards - Rhino 660, 450 all year models D. Follow steps A of front guard instructions. E. From the back side of the A-Arm guard, insert ¼ - 20 x 1” bolt and washer and install nylock nut to the inside of guard. Finger tighten. See picture 3. C. Picture 4 Picture 3 F. Picture 5 From the bottom side of the A-Arm guard, insert ¼ - 20 x 1” bolt and washer and install nylock nut to the inside of guard. Finger tighten. See picture 4. Insert ¼ - 20 x ¾ bolt and washer from the front side of guard and install nylock nut to the inside of guard. See picture 5. Tighten all fasteners. For Rear Guards - Rhino 2008+ 700 A. Remove factory plastic guards, retaining factory screws. Install Trail Armor rear guards using factory screws. Enjoy!
