ORDER
Because of Executive Order 12600 of June 23,1987, as published in the Federal Register, 52 FR 2378 (June
25,1987), associated with 44 USC, Section 1505(2) (b), disclosure of the "private exemption", under
•Confidential Commercial Information", has been purposely undisclosed. This has caused a "breach" in the
contract of HJR-192 of JuneS, 1933, at 4:40 pjn., codified at Public Law Chap. 48,48 Stat 112., between
the government and the people, m order to fulfill me fiduciary and moral duty as Holders of me account
(Account Holders) by BALANCING me account upon receiving the "Full Acceptance", Authorization,
from the Authorized Representatives) in FACT, is in compliance with Public Policy. Bom Congress and
the Courts have held "Lawful Money" to be equivalent to land in possession and fiiUy capable of*
extinguishing" a debt, involving real property. Legal tender; on the other hand, is merely an OFFER of an
